Returns Policy

Goods cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. No exceptions. All items are clearance/remnant/overrun products and are sold as is. Because our items are first come, first served and our inventory can take up to one (1) business day to update, we may not have the full amount available for your order. If this is the case, we will email to notify you of the shortage, we will fulfill as much as we can of your order and we will refund you the difference before shipment is made.

Variants
We sell remnants/clearance/overrun fur fabrics from National Fiber Technology, so many products are not perfect. Hairymann's Closet assumes no responsibility and makes no guarantees regarding color of product, density of product, or width or length of product in an order. Due to the nature of the fur fabrics, slubs, holes, or runs may occur and small needles may be present. All fur fabrics shed fibers. Items ordered may come in an irregular shape and may come in multiple pieces. Hairymann's Closet assumes no responsibility or guarantees regarding color match to any other fur fabrics, whether purchased through our website or through a different vendor.

Shipping / Order Fulfillment

Free shipping on all orders within the USA, up to 20 pound package weight. All orders are shipped via ground service. All orders will be folded. If you need your order shipped on a roll, please contact us before placing your order.

If an order is returned as non-deliverable or Returned to Shipper, the customer is responsible to cover the new shipping charges for HMC to resend your order.

International orders are shipped Priority Mail via USPS and cost a flat rate. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive once shipped.

Orders take 5 -7 business days to process and fulfill. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. We cannot expedite fulfillment of an order. We can only expedite the manner in which an order is shipped.

If you wish your order to be expedited and/or shipped via UPS or FedEx, please specify in the notes section during checkout. Shipments made via UPS or FedEx are subject to shipping and handling fees.

Once your order has been packaged for shipment, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. As we do not have control over the shipping time once the order has left our premises, please allow up to two weeks before tracking an order.
We do not ship any C.O.D. orders.
Please note that shipping charges added during checkout are estimated shipping charges only. Shipping charges will be adjusted as necessary once your package has been shipped. Pricing varies depending on the weight and size of the package and where the order is being shipped to.

Samples/Ordering

We do not send samples or swatches. We cannot give information on what style(s) to order for your project. Orders are to be placed solely based upon the photographs and information provided. Orders can only be placed through our website. Units are specified on each product page. We sell and price our products by the square foot unless otherwise specified.

Color Disclaimer

Actual colors of the product may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Liability

Like most companies, we have to limit our liability to a replacement or refund for a defective item. We make no guarantees about how products will work in your situation.

Privacy Policy

We do not share, sell, lend or give away any information you give us or any information about what you order from us.
