Returns Policy


Choose carefully! Goods cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. All items are clearance/remnant products and are sold as is. Because our items are first come, first served and our inventory can take up to one (1) business day to update, we may not have the full amount available for your order. If this is the case, we will email to notify you of the shortage, we will fulfill as much as we can of your order and we will refund you the difference before shipment is made.

All returns must be preauthorized and are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. 

Returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale or purchased with gift cards

Conditions of Return

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We cannot process refunds until the item has been returned by the buyer.
